Bee INspired

The importance of bees on Earth is just as important as your emotional wellbeing to you!

Bee INspired is a creative workshop that provides valuable information about the importance and life of bees while providing practical tools for controlling our Beehavior!

In these workshops we will have a variety of creativity, art, nature gathering, breathing, moving and using all our senses. Everyone goes home with something special and hand made at every event, as well as an opportunity to add to our time capsle memories in the Labirynth!

This week we will be exploring Beehavior!

We will learn about the nature of bees and how their colony work to survive and thirve. We will then relate the nature of bees to us as humans as we have similar instinks of BEEing and BEESTing.

Did you know that the humming sound from a bee hive rings in the key of C, which is the vibration of calmness.  Studies are now showing that when listening or being around the sound over time can cure PTSD and anxiety disorders.

NOTE: All of our classes, workshops and events support, educate and INspire emotional wellbeing and self love.
