"Alone we can do so little; TOGETHER we can do so much."

Helen Keller

Born mountain dwelling hippie, turned world-traveling, USN operations communications specialist.
Erin’s passion for supporting the youth in us all began with her own struggles in school and being bullied.  In adulthood, the struggle became physical. She was sick for many years before finding the healing that only self-love can bring.
Erin has degrees in business and health marketing communications, is a disabled military veteran and practitioner in energy healing.  She made her living the last 20 years owning a salon in San Diego as a cosmetologist specializing in hair restoration. She started a volunteer program for seniors giving over 100 free haircuts a month and awarded the humanitarian award.   She led branding, marketing and events for multiple global and nationwide social impact projects and non-profits (CAYS, Blue Ribbons Worldwide, Autism Tree Project Foundation).   Erin Nicole is also a fun loving, multicultural innovative educator. As a much beloved teacher, she brought "new wave" curriculum to the Perris County educational system.
Erin is a creative visionary at heart creating crafts for kids and adults through her shop on Etsy TheFaeryShoppe.  Her art is published in the book Blindsight: A Quantum Life In A Human World.  For Erin Creativity is what keeps her gowing and her time balanced.  She knows her mission at heart is to ignite the creative side in all of us.
Erin knows that TOGETHER we are stronger.  The truth is when we feel truly valued, supported and ignited, the sky’s the limit!

Ruth has been on a serious quest for the Truth since the age of 5 when her 32 year old Mother was diagnosed with MS.  She left graduate studies in her early twenties, at the New School for Social Research, to return home to care for her, unassisted, 24/7/365.  Shortly after 9/11, Ruth’s mother lost the use of her last, slightly functional limb, and courageously lived out the remaining eight years of her life as a quadriplegic.

Nineteen months after her mother's death, she married her husband.  Although 35 years her senior, they had led parallel lives. As he had cared for his seriously neurologically impaired wife for almost 30 years. Born only a few months after the start of the Great Depression in the Shenandoah Valley, he joined the US Navy to escape the poverty and hunger and left 27 years later with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a Purple Heart (Korean conflict) and at the highest rank possible for an enlisted man to achieve. He began a successful career as an entrepreneur real estate broker and won a 10 year VA contract to flip their distressed properties selling 5,000 homes in that time period. After 5 years of marriage, he died suddenly on a family vacation. In their short time together, they loved and enjoyed one another as two souls on the same path – being made strong through weakness, successful through failure and healed by their wounds.  Three days after her husband’s death, the Spirit of Truth delivered the message that the solution to all the world’s intransigent problems was collaboration.

The search for a vehicle to manifest this Truth lead her to Nobel Peace Prize winner, Muhammad Yunus' game changing social business concept and the birth of Renaissance Solutionz’s Three Ring model. Over the past three years, she has used her assets (real estate, gift of creating networks, visioning) to prove the model on a small scale. Renaissance is now poised to work on a larger stage to shift our current "dualistic way of thinking",with its emphasis on separation, competition and conflict --  to the new way of being based on connection, cooperation and sharing.

Andrew “007” Kim was born in Korea and emigrated to Canada at the age of 8.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and a Masters in Aerospace from McGill University.  The list of his professional certificates and credentials is far too long to include here but highlights include, time as a NASA engineer, EPA certification and 21 years of experience in HVACR field including design, service and installation.

His journey to become a US citizen highlights his solution-oriented, community minded and innovative nature.  After being offered an opportunity to teach in Houston, he began connecting with the local Korean community. Noticing that the language barrier was preventing many from obtaining their contractor's licenses, he founded a contracting company --  Honeycomb Mechanical, Inc., with engineering, trading, finance and management divisions -- with an integrated language school to assist community members in becoming fully-licensed HVAC contractors. This experience led to the foundation of the Texas Institute of Technology which has trained 2,000 students for careers in the HVACR industry.

As a Christian, 007 is aware of the Spirit working through him to further God’s mission.  He became a pastor after creating a program for theological groups wanting to integrate a Green Energy program into their mission ministries.  Urged on by the same Spirit, he sold Honeycomb Mechanical, to finance his next special assignment:

THK GRN Energy:   with cutting edge renewable energy offerings of solar, wind, bio-mass and modular building, THK GRN is the technical and mechanical heartbeat of the regenerative movement to build communities which heal and unify the planet.

“The possibilities are limited only by your imagination.  If you can dream it, it can be done.”
